The whole process is easy. The video interview has given question for candidate to prepare. The cognitive test is easy also. I applied for the one in HK and the HR is nice.

Interview
It includes a numerical test and a video interview. The numerical is much easier compare to other IBs. Candidates are required to complete 30 questions in 8 minutes which consists of simple calculation and logic questions.
