Speaking with the Recruiter went well. Moved to the Hiring Manager interview. Was told needed more technical support experience. It's hard to be looked at when jobs promote diversity but is 95% white. Diversity and inclusion is to also include African Americans. Sad culture

Interview
This is going to sound wild, but this was one of the most positive rejections I've ever received. The process starts with a call from a recruiter, then a meeting with the hiring manager. If you succeed there, you get a homework assignment and an interview with a potential team team member and then the head of the department. Everyone was extremely easy to schedule with, an incredible interview, and the culture really shined through. It really made me rethink what I wanted out of a position. A few days later, I received a personalized video from the recruiter letting me know the needs of the business changed and they were closing the position, but wanted to stay in touch. I thought this was so thoughtful and such a great representation of their company. I can't wait to see where they are headed, and I wish them all the success.
