      Still a lot of fun working here at 18 months. A lot of trust and autonomy to make product decisions Learning a lot Founders driving new product lines, highly engaged / technical Org chart very flat now

      Salary growth / opportunity for review is slow Engineering culture / performance is spiky across teams, you might have radically different experiences based on the team you're in Difficult cultural transformation happening in the company as we shift to AI native

      -Amazing people who are genuinely kind, incredibly smart and motivated. -Ability to have extreme high impact in your role -Continuous learning- 5 years in and I'm challenged more in my role now than years prior -Growth opportunities for high performance -Remote-first environment but still can meet up in person -Very AI-Forward which is good for career development -Exciting product direction & future ahead

      Postscript is not for everyone. It's extremely fast-paced and priorities can change frequently. If you are looking to coast, this isn't the place. As with a lot of startups, Postscript has gone through some ups and downs over the years but I feel more energized than ever of where the company is headed.
