Your coworkers are great but with the lunch schedule, be aware you may find yourself going up and down the office building to find a private place to eat alone - only 4 people or so are released to go to lunch every 30 minutes or so. You get (2) 15 minute breaks in a 10 hour day. I hope you don't mind music playing on a speakers while you work. People vape and spit nicotine pouches and watch Netflix at their desk you can tell that people are over it and are ready to jump ship as the rest of the company hires externally instead of prioritizing their own staff's growth. They're going to say "we're building the plane as we fly it" and that always made me feel nervous. Big regret.
