I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Precision Castparts (Mentor, OH) in Oct 2014
Interview
Met PCC at my college career fair and they scheduled me for an interview the next day. Interview was smooth but definitely focused more on behavioral and leadership qualities as opposed to technical.
After about 2 weeks, I was emailed to be part of the next round of interviews which take place in a PCC facility. This was a long interview process as I met with 5 different PCC employees from managers to engineers and then finally an HR Rep.
After the on - site interview I received a phone interview from the program manager a few weeks later and then got an offer the same day.
