I applied online and was contacted by the home office. A telephone interview followed and 4 days later I was approved as a contracted employee. They do look at your previous references. They have staff to interview you based on your therapy, Speech, Occupational). They follow up with an e-mail and phone call to communicate whether you have been selected as a contracted employee.
