Principal Financial Group Software Engineer Java interview questions

I have attended interview for the java developer position at pune magarpatta location . They taken one technical test which contains 20 technical questions. I have clear the test. Then the next round is the technical discussion this round very good from my side that is almost 1.15 hours discussion they reject even I'm already holding multiple offers. Worst interview experience in life if you can't judge to candidates even 1:15 hours discussion then why you called them for the interview. At least give the feedback why your rejecting even candidates holding the offers.

Firstly we were required to give test along with two interviews one technical and second was the manager round. If you clear the first technical round then it is easy to crack the manager round.
