Prisma Health interview questions

Was contacted by email 1 week after applying for position for a phone interview. Used a link to set up a time and day for interview. Was sent a confirmation for interview along with the name of the recruiter who would be calling me. Recruiter called right on time. Asked basic questions, went over work schedule and said he would submit his notes to hiring manager and would hear something within 2 weeks. I received rejection email 2 weeks and 3 days after interview.

Applied for the job on a Friday and recieved an email from the supervisor of the department of which I applied, on Tuesday so just 4 days later. We scheduled the interview for Wednesday and by Thursday I got the call that I was hired! Friday HR contacted me about pay, orientation, new hire paperwork etc, so they moved pretty quickly! The interview was a peer interview so it included who would be my direct supervisor and her 2 peers that work with the department. They asked some behavioral based questions and went into more detail about the position. The interview lasted about 20 minutes or so.
