Interview was fairly easy and uncomplicated. There were questions about my schooling and experience. I received a facility tour after interview was over. Interviewer was going to be my direct boss. She made me feel very comfortable with everything. Other employees made me feel welcome during process.

An office manager and lead medical assistant were interviewing together and asked regular questions about past employment history, future goals, past jobs dealing with stress, and in workload handling changes.
Part of the application process is completing a recorded, automated phone interview. You are asked questions via a recording on the phone, and your answers are recorded then reviewed. An in person interview was scheduled after.
