P&G's process is intense. First you have to pass 2 online tests, the phone interview, then there are the drug and background screeners, finally the panel interview of behavioral questions (tell me about a time...)

3 interviews, relaxing and interesting. Always ask about the people behind it. Super cool, learn a lot from it. Try to know your answers before the interview and use them as weapons to answer questions

2 online assessments. 2 interviews. Format of the interviews basically the same. Be prepared for situational questions. A few of them were tough. Know PEAK performance. the questions are all around those capabilities.
