I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2015
Interview
You have to pass an online assessment in order to even be noticed. (pass/fail)
First is a phone screen. (pass/fail)
Then they fly you to Cincinnati to take an in-person written exam (pass/fail) and two individual hour long interviews.
Almost ALL questions for phone screen and in-person are behavioral.
In-person they have a checklist of questions asking different aspects of your behavior.
They are extremely picky on a specific type of personality has always worked for them in the past.
I went with 12 people to the final round and only 2 got job offers. You are trying to be the less than one percent. Good luck.
