Interview
1 hour written reasoning test done at campus roadshow, followed by a similar online reasoning test and behavioral assessment, which takes around 3 hours to complete. Successful applicants would then proceed to the interview stage with a line manager where they ask you behavioral questions and try to look for "success drivers".
