3 Skype interviews; every interview lasted for 1 - 1.5 hours
- each interview consists of 6 questions
- the interviewers are very relaxed and understanding
- just keep calm and enjoy the opportunity
- be self confident and believe that your place is in the company (they can feel it)
- prepare yourself well
- the interview process is amazing from the perspective that it is their interest to just find the best people and i think behavioural questions are the best
- all my interview were online because of the current situation an the coronavirus

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
