Interview
I will describe the step by step process :
1) Submit Resume & Cover Letter
2) Do personality test and figural reasoning test - relatively easy, just focus on thinking straight and answer with honesty because they love that most about a intern
3) 2:1 Interview at school - Basic interview, all behavioral questions, 45 mins in length
4) Personal Assessment test - Held at P&G, relatively hard and needs preparation and concentration
5) 3:1 Interview at P&G - Detailed interview, behavioral and experience related questions, 1 hour 15 min in length
6) Job Offered - Excellent pay and ample of opportunity

Primero, recibí un correo con el enlace al assessment en línea, que incluía una evaluación de juicio situacional y comportamiento profesional, seguido por una prueba lógica y numérica cronometrada. La primera parte consistía en responder preguntas tipo test sobre cómo reaccionarías en situaciones laborales, y la segunda era una prueba de razonamiento con límite de tiempo, incluyendo patrones matemáticos y lógica. Todo el proceso fue completamente virtual. Hasta el momento, no he tenido una entrevista personal.

Interview
The interview was very detailed and thorough. It went through all the pillars that P&G values. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of emphasis on your past experiences and thought process through situationals.

I did the first interview with HR. Mostly behavioral with CV walkthrough, prior experiences in marketing was asked. Following rounds would be with the team. Not sure if I passed just yet
