I would like to share my experience. The interview process was very well-thought of, competitive, and organized. Multiple senior managers will conduct different stages of interview over a sixty minutes video conference
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Petaling Jaya) in Jan 2023
Interview
Its was easy. the question aren’t that hard. Asking about your basic knowledge and also u experience with you past job. then will asked how will handle challenges that happend at work
NOTE: This review is for P&G's online (screening) assessment tool, NOT for the interview process.
Applying online for a position posted on P&G's website is easy and simple to complete. If your qualifications meet the position's specifications, you are sent a link to complete the online assessment.
The beginning of the assessment states it will take 20 minutes, when in fact there are 3-4 parts of the assessment that will hold you captive for close to 60 minutes. There are statements that you rate (i.e. agree/disagree), mathematical problems, and a section that seems to be measuring either your visual acuity or visual cognition. That part seemed strange, but they must have their reasons. Beware of the images that you need to compare and the screen with dots that you have to recall the order.
After you complete the assessment, you are sent an email if you passed or failed. Please note that if you fail the assessment, "you cannot qualify for a position...until you successfully pass the assessment...", AND "you will be able to retake the online assessment after 12 months".
Best of luck!
