easy and smooth. they ask hypothetical questions and your experiences. there are 3 interviews with 3 different workers in your department. i think it is too much takes a long time.

Very direct, questions based on experiences I.e tell me a time when you had to solve a problem. 3 interviews in total with various managers across the supply chain. Interviews were roughly 45 mins each

Phone interview + online test + online interview (it would have been f2f if I am in the country, but I was traveling)
On the phone interview there were general HR questions, on the online test general HR questions + logical test / quizes. On the online interview there was still only a HR representative but was more professional
