I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
First, you need to apply online where you will have to put your CV and other personal info. Then you'll have to complete an online test with behavioral questions.
If you pass the first round, you'll be invited to their office to complete the famous reasoning test. The test can be completed with basic math, however, make sure to manage your time, I think anxieity/pressure in the number one reason on why people fail this test.
Third, if you pass the test you will have a first round interview with behavioral questions and also you will be asked to complete an English test (I'm in Latin America).
Fourth, a second round interview with more behavioral questions.
All the questions have to be anserewed in the CAR system, context, accion and result. It doesn't matter if you examples sounds childish, they care about the leadership.

Question 1
Tell me about:
Project where you were the leader.
Project where you had to follow.
A situation where one of your team didn't want to collaborate.
Project that failed and what did you learn.
A tough decision that you had to make.
Situation where you learn a valuable lesson/skill
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
