In order to get an interview with P&G you need to pass two exams. The hiring process is very long, it can take more than 3 months. Remember to be confident all the time, and make sure you answer all the questions properly and clear.

Tell me about a situation where you had to learn the current trends and updates to finish a project successfully.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
