I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Golden, CO) in Feb 2013
Interview
I interviewed with them coming out of college. They required an on-line application followed by an interview at the school. If they like you at the school interview, then you are placed in a database for their management to select from as job offers arise. If you are selected from the database, then you will be flown to the job site for a final interview. I was told that I had a positive interview, and that they had placed me in their "preferred database," but I never received further contact.

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cape Girardeau, MO) in Apr 2026
Interview
An initial one hour video interview before being flown out for a site tour and in person interview. Entirely behavioral questions, but they rejected me before I was on the plane home.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA)
Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
