Interview
After applying for a procurement position online, I was invited to complete an online intelligence test. Afterward, I was invited to take an onsite test which included more testing based upon logic and pattern finding, math story problems, and business situational reading comprehension. While I did not receive an interview for the first position for which I applied, I did interview for a customer service position. I then received an e-mail stating that they were moving forward in the process and I was to complete a background check. That was just a few days ago.

4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Interview
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
