I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2012
Interview
several layers; online assessment(s) first, after which you are contacted by a recruiter and a phone interview was conducted. after passing phone, you come onsite for a day of tours/interviews/in-person testing [math, reading, logic]
Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall

I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Manila, Manila)
Interview
Went through the online assessment and it was challenging, especially if you don't know what to expect. They look at your skills and capabilities - like a college entrance test.
- Very aggressive, question after question.
- No general interview questions
- All questions were coming up with actual examples from your experience & what would you do in this type of situation questions
