Interview
First interview was on our school campus. We had to do a reasoning test beforehand. They offered second interview to fly us out to Cincinnati, Ohio. It was a two day thing. First night, they had a dinner where you get to meet people from the Procter and Gamble team. Second day was reasoning test and interview.

Give an example of a time when you were considered an expert.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
