4 rounds, the first one is an on-site reasoning test, pretty much like what you do during the online application. And then you are invited into a recruiting event where it is actually a group case interview, and then there are 1st and 2nd rounds of interviews. I attended the recruiting event, and never hear back since.

4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Interview
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
