In the spacious, sunlit conference room, the interview stretched on, surpassing the two-hour mark. The panel, consisting of senior managers and a human resources specialist, delved deeply into each aspect of my professional experience. They presented intricate scenario-based questions, challenging me to demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills in hypothetical situations. One scenario involved navigating a complex project with tight deadlines and limited resources, requiring me to articulate a detailed strategy for success. As the questions grew more elaborate, it became clear that this interview was not only about assessing skills, but also about understanding how I would fit into the company's culture and handle real-world challenges.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
