I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2011
Interview
There was an initial campus interview which was a one on one. Then I went to the website to look for positions which I applied for. Then I had a phone interview with two people on the phone. Then I was invited out for an onsite interview. There was a 1hr presentation on my research work and then most of the most of the Questions were about individual contributions to projects and leadership skills.

What is the most creative thing you have ever done?
2 technical rounds with 1 qna and 1 presentation 2 behaviour rounds with directors and senior director Technical rounds are related to the day to day job you are expected to fulfil Behaviour rounds are related to their PVP and PEAK performances I completed all the rounds but waiting 1 month plus for the decision despite several emails for updates and clarifications. No feedback given on why I was not selected. Will greatly appreciate that they improve transparency in their interview process

Nice experience. Two rounds of interview with three interviewer. Interview questions were standard P&G behavioral questions. I feel respected throughout the process and it was a pleasant experience. Normally it should be three rounds of interview with three interviewer separately. My timeline was a bit tight
