Interview
Three interviews with only star questions to evaluate how you fit in their main principles, very eays going. No business case preparation needed, only behavioral questions were made. In total about 5 questions within an hour plus time to ask questions to the interviewer.
The only con i could find was the last minuteness of the entire process that they justify often with the big pipeline they have.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
