There were three interviews overall - the last usually being the hiring Senior Director. Most questions are situational - pro-tip: answer always in CAR format which will suggest your ability to communicate clearly.

Sogar für die Senior Management Position muss man diese Affen-Tests mit dem Umdrehen von Figuren und Kurzzeitgedächtnis absolvieren.
Das einzige Unternehmen das diese dumme Tests noch hat.
Ansonsten ist der Prozess relativ normal. Ich habe alle Phasen durchlaufen, aber wir haben uns nicht auf den Gehalt geeinigt.

What was the latest challenge you had with an employee you supervised?
Testing included, two interviews with mid level managers and then plant manager. Recruiter reached out and scheduled onsite visit. Use CAR method for answers, context, action, results. Not a difficult process.
