      Interview

30-minute interview with 5 normal questions and 3 situational questions. Some questions require various experiences to answer. The level of questions was quite difficult to answer straight away. Good experience and should be prepared well.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England) in Sep 2022

      Interview

Don't even bother applying. The first hurdle after uploading your CV is a personality test, which I failed. Two friends also applied and received the same outcome. As this test seems so difficult to pass by giving honest answers, I cannot imagine the amount of talent this company is losing before another human being even scans over their CVs. The most laughable part is the automated rejection email you get at 5am the next day, which reads that you cannot reapply for any other roles until the same time next year. A complete joke of a process. Note to HR - scrap this test, or you will be haemorrhaging talent to your competitors. No one sensible is going to put themselves through this, especially people in their third year at university with other things on their mind.
