I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was quite efficient and well-structured. It involved both situational and technical components. For the situational questions, the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) was definitely key, as they were looking for concrete examples of past experiences.
Prior to the interviews, there was an aptitude test administered at the university, which helped assess foundational skills.
What really stood out was the speed of the turnaround. From application to final decision, the process moved remarkably quickly. Also, all the interviewers were incredibly nice and made the experience very comfortable
