I got return offer from internship (2013) so below is the process for internship, which is said to be the same as the perm job's. They put a lot of emphasis on whether you fit their culture (varies for different departments over you being extremely smart or not. They do have a standardized reference of what kind of a person they are looking for. Hopefully you can find it online.
