Der Bewerbungsprozess bei P&G bestand aus einem Online-Assessment-Test und drei Interviews. Die Interviews entsprachen inhaltlich den im Internet beschriebenen Fragetypen. Für mich als Berufseinsteiger hatte ich jedoch nur begrenzte praktische Erfahrungen, die für die Interviewer von Interesse gewesen wären.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very quick. Two days after applied I received an email asking me to complete a Psychometric online test followed by a 3 step virtual interview process conducted by members of the team. They were not able to offer any feedback following the process.

Tell us about a time when you worked on a presentation for a retailer and you used trends and data to identify a future opportunity.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
First you must pass the online assessments, which are quite difficult. You will receive an email letting you know if you passed or not. If you are successful, structured interviews using behavioral questions may follow.
