Sooo! I’ve been following these conversations since I started my process and they have been extremely helpful!!! I was so prepared for my pre recorded interview because of it! I wanted to share my process to help anyone else who may be struggling, succeed as well! The whole process was fairly quick! I applied on 02/04, got an email to complete my assessments 02/06; completed that same day and heard back on 02/08 to complete my prerecorded interview! PLEASE PLEASE do your research if you don’t know what the STAR/PAR method is! They require you answer these questions this way! I took about 2 1/2 days to prepare, study, gather my examples and situations, and practice and practice and practice. I went over it on video, with my husband and even made my mom join a teams chat to help me get my jitters out! Submitted the prerecorded interview at 10:00pm on Monday the 10th and heard back Thursday the 13th at 2:30 in the afternoon that I was selected for the final interview! I scheduled the first available which was 02/18*today* at 1:00pm. This interview was different. I didn’t prepare for anything that was asked but if you really get involved and wrote down different examples from the pre recorded interview you can choose from those! My interviewer was nice! She let me breathe and look at my notes I asked her to repeat her question and she was happy to give me feedback from how she believed our interview went at the end! She said it may be a few weeks give or take to hear back but considering it’s been a smooth process and fairly quick it shouldn’t be any longer than a week maybe a week and a half! I will update when I hear yay or nay! Make sure to really focus on your customer service skills! How do you stay organized during a stressful time! They really look for that. Talk about your passion for the job! Waiting on an email or call to say whether or not I got it! —————****UPDATE! I GOT THE JOB!! As mentioned above, I took the live interview on Tuesday and by Friday at 12:50 I received a call from the recuirter saying that I did excellent and they wanted to offer me the position!! It is a very involved process BUT if you put your all into it, you can do it!!! Truly truly focus on the customer service side of things! They really want to hear how you help clients/customers get through some of the worst times of their life! Also they love to see how organized you are. Because of my previous position I had to create a system to help me stay organized, UTILIZE something like this or similar if you do have this type of experience. Even if that means you use excel spreadsheets or word docs, outlook calendars whatever it is to help you stay organized and on track, USE IT! My tentative start date is 03/31!! First 3 weeks of training are remote and the next 10 and on are hybrid. Two days in 3 days out. Don’t get discouraged!! If you really want to be with an amazing company, by all means GO FOR IT!
