Received an email to complete the assessment. Passed and was invited for the hirevue pre recorded interview. There are 8 questions (most are behavioral and need to be star method). I can’t recall all of the questions but they were ones I’ve seen posted on here already so I was prepared for them! I got an email the next day I made it to the live interview.
I had my live interview today and it was completely different than what I’ve read on here and Reddit. I was asked several questions prior to the actual star/behavioral questions. I was asked if I had experience using multiple monitors, what software I know how to use, my experience typing notes while on the phone, and a couple other questions no one on here mentioned. The interviewer also asked why progressive in the beginning. After he explained the role and what to expect and a little about his background, we got to the behavioral questions. He asked 4. One question was a time I negotiated with a customer, multi tasking on work and not being able to finish, a time a customer was not happy with my work, what tasks I enjoy the most and, what tasks I least enjoy at my most recent job.
I was more caught off guard with the technical experience questions (I had NO experience in coming from healthcare). Just prep yourself for these too just in case. I felt as though my interview experience was much different than what I’ve read. He was personable and understood my nerves but I do feel I could have done much better. I probably spent 7 full days prepping and still feel like I didn’t get the job. I will update once I know for sure.
