It's straightforward. You send your application with your resume and work/education history.
Next step is the question assessment which asks the weirdest questions. I was not ready for that! Get ready to look up some words and refer back to some algebra notes.
The next part was the video interview, which again, caught me off guard. It was just recording myself. I didn't like it at all!!!! It was awkward. The amount of tries is not enough. The placement of the try again button next to the send button not good !! Oh and get ready to do some research and answer long questions with essay style responses. It was too much. I actually researched the company, wrote my answers to match my job description and incorporated the companies core values and all that jazz...worked my butt off!!!!! So just be ready for that.
I received the email that I wasn't moving on and to ask questions about why that is and what I could've done ...oh I asked questions...still haven't heard back. Like I said, I put in the work!
Sucks, but at least they do let us know ahead of time the type of questions and response format. Oh and some of the questions are not on this forum....they have upped the game!
