I applied for the work from home inbound sales representative position. After applying I was sent an assessment (which I had failed about a year prior). I passed this time and was sent a link to do a recorded “interview” where I was asked questions, answered them in STAR format while being recorded and then they were sent in for review. About three days later I was sent a link for a background check which took about a week to be completed. While the background check was in process I was also sent an email requesting a preferred time for a face to face teleconference interview. I received a confirmation with my interview time and a link to access the interview. The night before my interview I received notification that my background check was complete. I interviewed with a recruiter who was very friendly and helpful. The interview was about an hour long with some general questions about my past experience as well as 4 STAR formatted questions. She did help me dig a little deeper in my answers as far as the end result of my actions. She said I would hear back in 1-10 business days regardless of the outcome. Overall, I think I did well. STUDY! I prepped for about a week and had some questions/answers typed out in front of me! Still waiting on the final outcome! Good luck!
