Interview
It went smooth and nice, They were up front with all of their questions and answers. They gave me one interview on the phone and then I got an interview for and in person the next day and was given the job that day. I then started with in the next 2 weeks from that.
Great it was pleasant, and very professional. It was very streamlined and easy to navigate . Would recommend to anyone looking for a steady job . Their hiring managers are fantastic
The interview was very thorough and it seemed as though they actually wanted to hire the right people for the job, not just looking for any CS rep. I was impressed.
I had three interviews and didn't get the position. I was told that I was a great fit but they found someone who was better qualified to answer the phone. I have over ten years of experience in call centers/ customer service. I'll never waste my time with them again.
