2 rounds all together. Flexible offering in how I run my desk. Shadow with current employee. Willingness to answer questions I had about role. Low base with commission too make up for it.

Tell me about a time when.. In stressful or high volume environment how do you react?
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
