The process was pretty straight forward, I applied and heard back relatively quickly. However, the recruiter was extremely rude when he no-showed to my interview. Upon a follow-up email, I received an automatic message back that he was out of the office for a conference for the entire week. Mind you, the recruiter sent me the invite based on the times I provided him. Extremely unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti in Apr 2022
Interview
Two rounds. First round is a 20 minute phone call with a recruiter, second round is a two-part interview. The first part is a behavioral interview and the second part is a case study.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Protiviti (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
after talking to some employees, I was referred to the recruiter who explained the process to me. The interview consisted of two parts: A behavioral interview and a case interview. The behavioral was pretty much what you expect from a behavioral interview. Questions about your resume, why you want to work for them, how you would handle a situation, strengths/weaknesses. For the case interview, they sent me a flow chart beforehand and then had me read a case at the start of the interview. They then asked me various questions about the case and how I would handle it. Overall great process. I found out about an offer after about a week.
