I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Prudential (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
Had a call with hiring manager followed by a technical discussion. Then this is followed by a 2 hr coding session with engineer(s) and Engineering manager. Didn't get a proper feedback from the hiring manager on why they weren't proceeding even though the hiring panel found the code developed in 90 minutes to be highly modularized. The test results for three tests were little off. Couldn't spent time debugging in 10 minutes without any pointers or requirements where the solution was off. Overall felt the hiring team was looking for an exact solution and the hiring manager gave conflicting views on the interview assessment.
