Prudential Financial Service Representative interview questions

Interview process outlining the career followed by a personality test and intelligence test. Compile a list of 200 names and numbers of friends and family and others including occupation and so on. Then you must pass licensing tests with the state and SEC. You have 26 weeks to do this as well has make 5 sales and 5000 of revenue.

I was contacted through career builder by a representative. I initially took a personality test that asked me questions on how I would handle certain situations. I then met with a hiring manager for an initial interview. He discussed the position from a limited perspective to gauge my interest and how I would be a good fit. I then took a skills test and met again for another interview. We discussed my results then he gave me a large packet of worksheets where I had to interview 10 people about their financial situation. I also had to come up with 200 names of people that I could use a base client pool. The final part was meeting with the hiring manager and his manager for a final interview. I then got the offer, but declined.
