The process is completed online. I have never spoken to anyone from Assurance on the phone. Onboarding is lengthy and thought provoking, probing questions and info about insurance experience was requested
The interview was very easy and no stressful. They have a great new hire and onboarding team. They were up front of job duties and expectations. The slide presentation was very informative.
I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential (Denver, CO) in Dec 2020
Interview
I went through the interview and onboarding process but Equifax failed the verification (Maybe I mistyped something) and now Assurance is telling me that there is no way to fix this to work with them!!! I really want to work with Assurance and it is so frustrating that they don't want to do anything within their reach to help me!! No directions, no help, I'm contacting Equifax and Checkr, Inc by my own in order to see what happened because this is not fair at all! If someone from Assurance IQ Human Resources read this please send me a meesage I really need help and it is so frustrating that your support doesn't provide me with help!!!
