I applied online and just a few days later I got a phone call to set up an interview. The interview was an easy process for me. I sat down with two manager’s that we’re very friendly and understanding. They talked to me about the company and what they offer.

It was laid back and the store manager gave me an great idea about the company and why it is a great place to work. They asked why I wanted to work for this company, and what can I bring to this company.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Publix (Orange Park, FL) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and personable. The interview was more like a friendly conversation. I got the job on the spot. I enjoyed working for this company and the other employees work as a team.
Easy. Straight forward. They ask about you and your flexibility and then tell you what they are looking for. To be honest if you seem like a hard worker they will make you an offer.
