I filled out an application online. I received a call to ask me for an interview. It went well. I was asked questions and for my availability. The interviewer was kind and professional. I felt great after and accepted my new job.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
