Applied in person went there a couple of times to see how my application was going and got an interview with the assistant manager and was offered the job and I accepted.

1. Tell me about yourself 2. What is the most challenging situation you encountered and how did you overcome it?
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
