First I applies online and after a week an associate reached out via email and offered me an in person interview. After this I was offered a job within the week.

Background, experience in similar positions, how many hours can I work a week, situational questions, how I would deal with a difficult customer
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
