It was good with data structure as round 1 and technical as round 2. Later they had a conversation with the team and understanding of the work. Last round was with other team and it went well. Over all it is a good interview experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Publix in Aug 2024
Interview
Straight forward for contract roles, 1 hour, interviewed w/ a TL, manager, and 2 devs. Asked mainly about projects and experience since I've been in industry for a while.
My first interview after layoff from 5 year gig, felt comfy towards the end but must have been a bit off topic at the start. No crazy technical questions except a very specific curveball about the app builder class in start up cs project files for net core app.
Didn't get the spot but was a fun experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Publix (Lakeland, FL) in Jul 2013
Interview
The process was Streamlined but the title didnt match their requirement which was a sys admin job. Phone interview followed by in person interview. Drove a long way to find out this was a help desk position.
