This was one of the stranger interviews I've ever had. The recruiter who called me was very friendly, but also reading off a script the entire time. At first it gave me the energy that this was some sort of scam, but while it isn't (Pushpay is a legitimate company) it was a weird note to start off on. It was just typical interview questions, nothing special. Lot of questions on strengths, weaknesses and system familiarity. If you are actively interviewing nothing should be a surprise or throw you off. They then said there is a written component to the interview process, when I was sent over the document I immediately decided it wasn't for me. It is a three part assignment. That said, you will be asked to review their public site and make suggestions and revisions to existing work. I am typically not one to do work for free, so that was a deal breaker for me. They also ask for previously written work, so if you don't have access to your previous material due to NDAs or confidentiality agreements, you likely won't be able to move on past this stage anyways.
