Unprofessional would be an understatement. The recruiter provided inaccurate dates and times, therefore, I missed the on-site interview. I had to follow up with the recruiter several times before another interview was scheduled. When it was rescheduled, it was a phone interview vs an in person interview. During the phone interview with 2 managers they had the radio on which was distracting. Parts of the conversation were distorted and cut out, along with hearing loud squelches from the radio. I had to ask them to repeat questions and one point I lost my train of thought. Its apparent they don't treat, assess or have a consistent approach with each potential candidate. I received a thank you, but your not moving on in the process.
