Interview
The questions for advancement towards Each next assistant manager position are the same. You can prep for the questions and give them spoonfed answers. It is a very relaxed interview process. Business casual is not necessary, you can wear shorts and polo. Speak openly about family and desires for advancement. The process usually has 2-3 interviewers in there and they alternate asking questions. Make eye contact!
You meet with a TM and go over some basic questions. The key is customer service and strong work ethic. QT has strong values. They will be looking for them throughout your interview.

Interview
took about 20 minutes and they requested basic information from me, also let me know its a 14 day process. I havent looked up any reviews as of yet but im hoping to hear back soon
The interview was relatively short and sweet. The person that interviewed me was so kind and I immediately got sent for a drug test. They called me the next day to schedule me in.
