I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
There was an amplitude test to determine your ability at counting change before you can get a one on one interview with one of the supervisors. Wait wasn't long, but when you get the one on one interview, they really sit down and get to know you to make you feel like you are now a part of the team even though you have not been hired yet, they already make you feel included so it was a comfortable process.
I applied online. I interviewed at QuikTrip (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Question 1
Simple interview questions - Tell me about yourself..etc
Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
